1. GENERAL
These general terms and conditions apply to online shopping at https://smoothsunday.com/ for e-commerce activities. The terms and conditions are valid for private customers over the age of 18. The terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by Ekolla Oy (hereinafter referred to as Smooth Sunday) and the customer always agrees to the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing an order.

2. ORDERING
You can order products easily and securely in Smooth Sunday's online store. Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for them at the checkout. The order is confirmed at the checkout in the last step of the order. At this stage, it is also your responsibility to pay for the order. After paying for the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation, which you should keep, contains important information about your order. If for some reason we cannot confirm your order, you will be informed by email. In such cases, of course, no payment will be made.
Product reviews
Product reviews for certain products are collected and displayed on the website. Product reviews are written by customers verified based on their email address and order history.
Products
Our main product is the Starter Kit and Refill Box, which can be ordered on a regular basis. Smooth Sunday's also has various accessories and body care products, which can be ordered both individually and on a regular basis.
Monthly subscription
By ordering a starter kit, you are entering into a subscription agreement for the replenishment of shaver blades and other additional products of your choice. The subscription is offered at different delivery intervals (e.g. every 60, 90 or 120 days). The subscription options available on the Website may change from time to time. You can change the delivery interval or future delivery dates at any time from your account.
Creating a user account
To place an order in the online store, you must create a user account. A user account is automatically created when you order products for the first time, and can be created without creating a recurring subscription. Transferring a user account to another person is not permitted, and you may only create one (1) user account for yourself.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
When you order products, make a recurring subscription or create a user account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of the agreement and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to comply with the terms of the agreement, you cannot order products, create a user account or make a recurring subscription.
Changes to contract terms
Smooth Sunday reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions. If the changes to the Terms and Conditions are significant and affect you as a customer, you will be notified of the changes by email. If you do not accept the changes we have made, you must notify us in writing. If we do not receive a written objection within thirty (30) days of our notification, we will assume that you accept the changes to the Terms and Conditions. We will also assume that you accept the changes to the Terms and Conditions we have made if you continue to order products from our online store, for example through a recurring subscription agreement, even after the Terms and Conditions have been updated. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on our website.
Changing/cancelling an order
If you would like to make a change to your order or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we will see if it is possible.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. Prices do not include any delivery costs. Offers and promotions are valid as long as stated on the website or, if no other terms are stated, as long as the products last.
The periodic price of a standing order corresponds to the price stated on our website at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Payment options
Available payment options, such as card payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay, are listed at checkout. If you use a debit or credit card to pay, the seller may reserve the purchase price from your card when you make a recurring payment for an order or subscription. We accept the following cards: VISA and MasterCard.
Recurring payment for a subscription
By committing to a recurring subscription, you consent to automatic billing of the payment without separate approval until you terminate the recurring subscription agreement. The recurring price of the recurring subscription corresponds to the price stated on our website at the time of conclusion of the agreement. The payment is automatically charged in connection with the processing of each recurring subscription. As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the payment information stored in your user account is correct and up-to-date.
4. DELIVERY
Smooth Sunday delivers to all of Finland, including Åland. Depending on the delivery method chosen, orders will be delivered to your home address, a pickup point or a parcel machine. You will receive a delivery confirmation by email when the order has been sent. Information about the delivery of an automatically renewing subscription can be found in your user account.
Our normal delivery time is 5-9 business days from the date your order is shipped from our warehouse. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on demand and product stock levels, for example during promotions.
Delivery fee
The delivery fee depends on the selected delivery method and the size of the package, either to your home address or to a pick-up point. Any delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Uncollected orders
If the customer does not pick up the order from the pickup point within the deadline or refuses to accept it, the order will be returned to our warehouse. An uncollected shipment is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act. In these cases, we automatically charge €15 in postage and handling costs when issuing a refund.
Late delivery
If the delivery is significantly delayed for the customer, customer has the right to terminate the purchase agreement, demand a refund of the order price or refrain from paying for the standing order without additional payment. Smooth Sunday is not responsible for the delay and is not obliged to offer compensation or compensation if the delay is due to reasons beyond Smooth Sundays control, unless it has been separately agreed between the parties or unless the applicable law requires it.
Damage and hazards caused by transportation
Smooth Sunday is responsible for your order until you have received the delivered order. If the package and/or product you received is clearly damaged, we ask that you contact our customer service as soon as possible via email or social media.
5. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND
We offer our private customers a 14-day right of withdrawal. The 14-day period is calculated from the day you received your order. The right of withdrawal also applies to recurring orders and changes to the subscription model of a recurring order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us that you are cancelling the purchase. The notification must be made by email to hello@smoothsunday.com
You cannot cancel a transaction by not picking up the order or refusing to receive it.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal as a permanent subscriber
You can change your subscription model and/or cancel your subscription by making a change in your account or by contacting our customer service. Any changes to your subscription must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery of your subscription is activated for processing. If your subscription is not canceled or changed in time, it will automatically renew.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in connection with a change in subscription model, your subscription will revert to the most recent subscription model you had before the change.
How to return a product
Please inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. The order/product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. Our return address is: Nexus Logistic Oy, Vanha Hämeentie 42, 20540 Turku.
Please note that the product can only be returned if the product packaging has not been opened and the seals are still in place, and that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product.
When returning a product, you as the customer are responsible for the products you send. Therefore, we encourage you to choose a shipping method that allows for tracking of the shipment.
Repayment
When you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we received from you for the original order. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund shipping costs.
We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the return or until we receive proof that the return package has been sent.
The refunded amount is always paid using the payment method used for the original order.
Product exchange
We do not automatically exchange returned products. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original product and then place a new order in our online store.
Depreciation deduction
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal applies to saleable products. For this reason, returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
The buyer may examine the product in an appropriate manner to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product without the right of withdrawal lapses. However, sealed products for hygiene reasons may not be opened. Furthermore, if the testing of the goods goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be liable for any diminished value of the product.
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives at the online store undamaged. You must therefore package the product in a way that ensures that the product is not damaged during transport. You are responsible for the returned products until we receive the package you sent. Therefore, please save the receipt for the return and any tracking number of the package.
6. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
As a private customer, you have the right to complain about a defective product. The right to complain applies to original defects, transport damage, and products that deviate from what has been agreed between the customer and the seller, or to otherwise demonstrable defects. Smooth Sunday is exempt from liability for defects if the deterioration or breakage of the product is due to improper use of the goods, an accident, or other circumstances on the buyer's side. Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.
After a defect has occurred, you must always make a complaint about the product within a reasonable time, as soon as possible and without unnecessary delay. Two (2) months from the discovery of the defect is considered a reasonable notification period. A complaint can be made no later than three (1) years after receipt of the product.
If you discover a defect in a product and notify us of this within a reasonable time, you are primarily entitled to a new replacement product. In certain cases, the customer has the right to cancel the transaction and receive a refund or price reduction equivalent to the amount paid for the product.
In case of a complaint, we ask that you contact our customer service and describe the defect as accurately as possible. We also recommend that you send us a picture showing the defect. Please also provide your order number.

7. RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors on the site, including, but not limited to: product descriptions, more detailed definitions, incorrect prices, stock estimates, or other incorrect information. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors and to change or update the information on the site.
We also reserve the right to cancel the contract without any claim for compensation if the customer has made a purchase in bad faith based on incorrect information provided in the online store that the customer knew or was clearly incorrect. Such incorrect information includes incorrect information regarding the price or quantity of the products.
Force majeure
Smooth Sunday has the right not to fulfill the obligations of this agreement in situations that Smooth Sunday has not been able to influence or that Smooth Sunday could not predict or avoid. The customer is also not entitled to compensation for damage that he suffers due to a delay or error by Smooth Sunday, if the delay or error is due to an obstacle that is beyond Smooth Sundays control and the consequences of which Smooth Sunday could not reasonably have avoided. This applies, among other things, to official actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, labor disputes, war or threat of war, fire, explosion, flood, natural disaster or major accident.
8. DISPUTES
Disputes between Ekolla Oy and customers will be handled in a court of law. If the dispute is handled by a consumer dispute board, Ekolla Oy will follow the board's decision regarding the matter. You can contact consumer advice via the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's website www.kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta . You can also file a complaint via the European Commission's online dispute resolution portal .
